Terms
These terms apply when you order through Estate Pantry, run by [Operator name]. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy notice.
Ordering
Choose a product, the days you want it and how many. A subscription repeats every week until you pause or cancel it. You can also order just once.
Paying
- We charge your saved card once a week, at the bakery's cutoff before baking — one charge for that week's collections. The cutoff is shown when you order and under Orders.
- A once-off order is charged when you place it.
- Prices include everything: the producer's price, the collection point's fee and any service fee. The total you see is what you pay.
- Prices can change. A change only applies to weeks that haven't been charged yet.
- If your card is declined we try again. If it still fails, your subscription pauses until you sort out your card.
Skipping, pausing and cancelling
- Skip a collection any time before its cutoff and you won't be charged for it.
- Pause to stop for a while, and resume when you like.
- Cancel to stop for good.
- After the cutoff, that week is paid and on the bake list, so it can't be skipped or refunded.
Collecting
Collect your bag at your collection point on the collection day, during its collection hours. Your bag is marked with your bag number, first name and the day, and staff ask your house number before handing it over.
Bags you don't collect
Bags not collected on the collection day aren't refunded — fresh bread doesn't keep. [What the collection point does with them, e.g. donates them at closing time.]
If the bakery can't deliver
If the bakery can't bake or deliver your order (a power cut or illness, say), we'll let you know and refund that collection to your card. We aren't liable for more than what you paid for it.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. If you forget it, support can reset it over WhatsApp to the mobile number on your account.
- You can delete your account any time from My account. See the Privacy notice for what we keep.
